Information associated with site features

You can browse provider, city, state, article, and dictionary pages without creating a public account. ZIP codes entered into the provider-search tool are used to look up directory results. A ZIP search does not confirm service at a particular street address.

If you email or call RSINC, you choose what information to provide. Your message and contact details can be used to respond to your inquiry or privacy request. Avoid including passwords, payment-card numbers, or identity documents in an initial privacy inquiry.

Website requests can include technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time. Hosting and analytics services may process this information as part of delivering the site, measuring usage, and investigating technical problems.

Analytics and browser storage

The site uses essential storage for features and to remember your analytics choice. When enabled, Google Analytics 4 and Statcounter help measure visits and how people use the site. Analytics may process device and browser information, page activity, and online identifiers.

Analytics are enabled by default unless you select Decline or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Closing the notice, or allowing it to close automatically, does not decline analytics. Select Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. The site remembers an Accept or Decline selection in this browser for up to 180 days; clearing browser storage or using another browser may require a new choice.

Declining stops the site from loading these analytics tools on subsequent page loads. It does not erase information already received by an analytics service. Global Privacy Control also prevents these analytics tools from loading through the site’s analytics controls.

Provider links, directions, and other external links can take you to services operated by other organizations. Their privacy policies apply to information you provide there. RSINC’s directory listings do not make another organization’s privacy policy part of this policy.
