Incoming calls will state
their unit number and refer to ops as "Base".
To reply, depress lower
portion of handset and speak.
Record time of call, who
called, where they are going and why on Antenna Visit Log.
It's a good idea to repeat
back what they say to assure you have heard the information correctly.
There is a laminated sheet
on the back of the clipboard listing all unit numbers and who they belong
to.

array arm and line 1 or 2 and refer to ops as "Control".
To answer, push down correct
button on phone unit and speak into phone.
To call out, depress little
