Wait at least five minutes before resetting the Electronics.

Dial ext. 7054
When prompted, enter access code ****
Turn Receiver Electronics on by entering 3
To check systems status enter # 
Hang up by entering *
Note: Don’t enter command while voice is speaking or it will not register.

Reboot host computer:
Use pcAnywhere to log on to API computer
Double-click on API icon
Login name: PHASEMON
Password:  ******** (case sensitive)
When logged on, click on second icon from right to reboot computer
Wait for approximately 2 minutes, then log back on using pcAnywhere
You will logon three times to get into the system.
After startup, Labview will automatically start and data should start appearing.
Log off by clicking on far right icon

Bring new API screens up on Sun:
Close existing API windows
Open Banshee window (right mouse button brings up menu, go to xterm on, then local host)
Enter the following commands at the prompt:
> xhost +
> rlogin miranda –l sitemon
> enter workstation name:  banshee 

You will get a prompt saying “If you have not already done so, please enter the command xhost +sitemon.vla.nrao.edu” 
You can disregard this message, and just carriage return through it.

Three different API monitor screens will come up, and also the Properties window
Orient them along the bottom of the desktop (common to keep up weather window)
Depress right mouse button while cursor is in the body of the screen to bring up menu
Choose “Structure Function”
Bring up “Properties & Inputs” window (if not already up) and click on the “No Paging” option
